Shortness of Breath, Lightheaded

For about the past week I have been experiencing shortness of breath. For the first two or three days, it was made better by going outside and breathing the cold air. Over the weekend, it got worse and I felt very weak and lightheaded. At one point my arms and hands were tingling. I have not experienced any rapid heart rate or anything.

I have Crohn's disease, so the first thing that came to mind was anemia, so I started taking a multi-vitamin as well as B-Complex, folic acid and iron supplements and my breathing has improved significantly in the last 48 hours, although I still have some labored breathing. It is at its worst for the first few hours of the morning and seems to get better in the evening, although it can get worse if I lay down for too long. I have also experienced chills that seem to get better a few hours after taking vitamins.

Over the past 48-72 hours, I have also been burping a lot and having some burning sensation in the center of my chest which comes and goes, which I am guessing is some acid reflux due to my change in diet/vitamin intake.

Any ideas/suggestions?
