Hey all, Thank you for taking the time to read this.
As a start I'm 16 years old.
I have had this problem for quite a while but it was never this bad.
I have the tendency to get angry very frequently and from a lot of things.
And every time I get angry or mad, I feel shortness of breath, It's like I can't exactly take a full breath and breathing takes some effort and at the same time I get really bad chest pressure.
And when it gets really bad I get chest pain sometimes.
So I have absolutely no idea what to do.
I've had this problem for quite a bit but it was never this bad, the chest pressure was never like this and It always went away fairly fast after I'm calm.
Now it takes quite a while to go away after I calm down.
Any idea what this is or what to do?
I went to the ER before and the doc said just chill.
My school nurse said pretty much the same.
Thanks in advance.
