Short of breath and fatigue?

Hello. I am a 23 yr old male. Every day I get short of breath, and I am always very tired. My heart rate seems to beat stronger when I get short of breath. An inhaler doesn't really help too well, either, and neither does vitamins and exercise. It seems like anxiety, asthma, or anemia, but I'm not sure. I take my vital signs (pulse, respirations, and BP) and they are normal. Any help? I have no history of any kind of conditions. Thanks so much!
