I am a 16 year old elite swimmer with asthma that are controlled but do breath very shallow. Really find it VERY difficult to do well in endurance training. Can anybody help with advice? My future as possible Olympic swimmer is at stake?? Training for about 7 to 8 hours a day 6 days a week.I am a sprinter.
