I have just been dx with sarcoidosis and my dr says i have it on the lungs, i am yet to see a specialist about it.

I am asthmatic too (for 30 years) but the pst few nights i have been waking up in the night with breathing difficulties, the inhaler doesnt seem to help much, and I also get chest pains at the same time.
During the day it is ok. so was wondering if its the sarcodosis, asthma or anxiety ? should i mention this to my dr when i next go ?
thanks ;)
