hey i was at my friend's house and i was standing up. Randomly i got a tense pain in my right rip and i standed there for about 30 seconds waiting for it to go away. I was taking deep breaths stretching my chest cause that usually makes it go away. It occured to me mabey it was my lung then everything went dark and i woke up on the floor with my friend saying my name. He said i was out for about 4 seconds. When i woke up it was like the pain wasn't even there. can someone plz give me some advice?
