Painful breathing following vomiting.

On Teusday afternoon, I had a bout of what was probably food poisoning and was vomiting on and off for about a half hour. Since the incident, I have noticed pain in my chest, usually on the right side and sometimes as far up as the collarbone and neck, when I take a deep breath. There is no pain when I take short, controlled breaths. When I take in a deep breath there is a sharp, but tolerable pain. I have not noticed any other symptoms other than this. Any advice I could get would be most appreciated.
