I have been experience a gripping like pain in my chest for the last 4 days. It occurs during deep breathing, while lying down, and very occasionally at other times. It starts just behind the middle of the sternum, and seems to radiate up my throat to the back of my mouth. My actually neck, however, is not sore. I do not have a cough and I am not short of breath.

Can anyone help me please?
