Lyme Disease and resp problems

I've been diagnosed with lyme. I've had it for close to 9 months now. Most of the symptoms have subsided, but I am still having some resp issues. Does anyone know of a coinfection, or anything else that may be impairing my breathing associated with Lyme. I know that shortness of breath is not an unusual symptom, but most of my other symptoms have subsided.

Any input would be appreciated.
