I inhale and exhale normally with mouth while sleeping unknowingly.
I read somewhere that inhaling thru mouth poses many problems with infection.

How can insist my nose to inhale & exhale during a sleep

  • Short of sleep apnea, mouth breathing at night is no sweat. There may be an issue if you have critters in your house that can crawl in your mouth while you sleep. Or "little" ones who like to fill big, open, noisy places with "stuff" when you snore! Otherwise brushing your teeth is your best night time mouth cleaning routine, and making sure your "Honey" brushes up before that goodnight kiss. :D
