Recently i've been experiencing several symptoms.
Including muscle twitches/cramping feeling/tingling/wierd feelings over the whole body. One case of sudden blurred vision. etc
The first time my doctor made me take magnesium. After 2 to 3 weeks i felt better. But a month later everything just came back and felt a bit worse.
I went back to the doctor and he told me to get an EMG done.
A while ago i did and the results were normal. The doctor thinks I'm breathing wrong. A kind of hyperventilation. Now as he explained it, it seemed plausible and i went off.
Since then i've been reading things over the internet and I just wanted to ask some questions wich i feel silly if i have to ring my doctor for them!
Basicly i found that it's most likly Chronic Hyperventilation since i don't notice that this is happening. But the only cause that could apply to me is stress.
One of the questions I have is why this started now. Last year I was stressed out a lot more and I never felt a thing! Also Both times it started well before the situation actuelly became stressfull.
Another question i've got is that the doctor told me to breath more from the belly and I looked it up and as far as I can see i'm a belly breather by nature!
It's not that i don't belive the doc but I was just thinking somebody more experienced could put down there experience or tips or well just anyting really :)
