High exposure of silica over short period

I have recently smoked a bit of weed which was mixed with silica (commonly called grit weed). I didn't smoke much about less than 1/8 of an ounce over a period of two days. Since then (its been 2 days) Ive noticed the slightest tingle in my throat and also a barely noticeable tightness in the chest. I read up on silicosis but I no where does it tell you how much silica you have to inhale before silicosis becomes an issue. I am wondering if there is much of a chance that silicosis could form because of this in years to come ? I am a bit of a hypercondriac. Note also that the silica was very fine (couldnt be seen with bare eye).
Thanks for help
