For weeks now I've been having these horrible pains as if I'm hungry. When I eat they go away for about 30 minutes and then return. There is no way I'm hungry with as much as I eat and sometime these pains make it hard to breathe. They're so bad I've woken up in the middle of the night with middle back pain. Also, my stools have been loose and darker than normal. Any ideas anyone?
