I'm a 35 year old woman who was just diagnosed with moderate COPD by my family doctor. I was referred to a pulmonary specialist who performed a test on me for Alpha 1, or AAT levels. The results came back 119, I was told the normal range was 100-300. Does anyone think I should be retested or can you offer any advice.
