My nephew is almost 12 months old and is now battling his third case of pneumonia. He had RSV when he was about 2 months old. The RSV turned into pneumonia, he was hospitalized, got better. A couple months later, he was diagnosed with pneumonia again. Same procedure. Last night, he was taken to the ER with purple lips and a 103 degree temp. Once again, pneumonia. What could cause this? I, personally, have never known anyone to have pneumonia more than once, until now. Any ideas?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
