I started to exercise and since then ive had cronic breathing pain when inhaling too much or exhaling too much. It hurts in the neck/sholders midsagital area. It may be other factors as well, i was in the dr.s office and the children there were sick with strep throat. And also i had a cold, could it be pneumonia?
