hello everyone

i'm simon boddie writing to you all from the uk. i've seen articles from people with a gap in there abdominal muscles, but is there anyone who like me had a simple umbilical hernia operation and ended up with a divarication of the recti muscles from a young age? i was 5 when my gap formed and i've encountered a number of problems growing with a gap in my abdominals, cause of a weak stomach and the role the ab's play in development in other area's, like the lungs.

so has anyone grown with a divarication of the recti? the problems i encounter now are shallow breathing, shortness of breath, asthma, poor posture and sleep problems. is there anyone else out there like me?????
