all of the sudden when i am sitting or laying down i will get a little pain in the middle of my chest when i breathe. after i feel the pain i can make it go away by keeping a medium amount of air in my lungs, but if i try to fill them with air or blow all the air out it causes more pain the harder i try. One other thing you should know is if i get up while laying or lay down if i am sitting the pain completely goes away and i am able to breathe perfectly.

i am an 18 year old male

anyone have any ideas?
