I am a 16 year old female and have no serious health conditions that I am aware of.

One night i was standing up and suddenly i feel a jolt in my upper chest in the center. The jolt did so much as pushed my body forward and I instantly thought I was having a heart attack. Fortunately, it was not a heart attack but days later I am still experiencing chest pain and tightness when I breathe. I do not experience always but I would say I feel discomfort for the majority of the time. What could have caused this? Do these symptoms correspond to any disease or illness?
