Can't stop coughing up phlegm/choking

For the past few days now I have had what I thought to be a common cold. But recently I've been violently coughing and choking. My coughing sometimes leads me to vomit. But now when I cough, I some times urinate myself.

I have been coughing up phlegm the past two days. This happens mostly when I am laying day. I am 19, I do smoke but have never had any problems like this.

I can't stop sniffing which I know doesn't help the situation, and I have a constant irritating itchy feeling in the back of my throat which isn't ignorable.

I seem to have less problems with this when sitting up, and even more so less problems when out side in the fresh air. But because it is so cold I cannot go and sit in the garden for too long.
