Hello...I am a 44yr old male that suffers from a continous cough!! I am a non-smoker. I get this thing a couple times a year & it stays for months. It is a dry cough with a constant tickle feeling every time I inhale. It will make me cough when I am speaking as well. If I lean my head back & stretch my neck up it gives me a momentary feeling of relieving the itch. I have tried antibiotics, vitamins, etc. When I have it I can't shake it for nothing. It stays until it decides to go. It makes me feel very weak at times but that part doesn't last long. It doesn't effect me when I am sleeping. I sleep fine with it but starts back up soon after I awake in the morning. Just want to feel normal again & not have this thing attack my system every year & hang around for months!! Help!!!!....

  • It sounds to me like sinus drainage but I'm not a doctor so I can't give you a diagnosis. I'd recommend you see a specialist to figure out what's going on.
