Hello readers,

I am a 28 male.

Lately I have had a slight pain in chest which disappears with burping. I also feel shortness of breath. Yesterday I went to the hospital and got an X ray and an ECG done. The results were neat and the doctor diagnosed me with bacterial infection. Gave me a Guaifenisin syrup and Amoxycillin. I told the doctor about my burping and how it releases stress around my chest, but he was pretty indifferent towards this piece of info. I really wanted to know is anybody going through the same symptoms that is Burping, Chest Pain, Shortness of breath.

My burping has been excessive, say once every three mins and I feel suffocated if it eludes me for a few more mins.

And a bit info on my lifestyle, I am a smoker and have had some stress in last one month.

Please Help
