Hey, im a 19 year old male, im in good shape wieghing around 135 LBs. For quite some time now i've been having intermediate breathing problems. The best way i cant discribe it is like this. It feels i cant get a full breath, and that i have to breath more than usually due to the sensation that i'm sophicating. I have to attempt to yawn, or stick my chest out and stretch my back to get a full breath. This problem seems to happen randomly without warning, then other times i can breathe normally without any problems at all. Ive used inhalers, and advair, they do not help at all, not even a little bit. I was wondering if this could be a anxiety problem, and if its worth me getting a chest X-ray to make sure my lungs and everything is ok. Ive had this problem for about 5 years, and i get some second hand smoke from my moms smoking habits.

  • Hi Nick...your symptoms are 100% exactly what I go through...I know anxiety causes it at times....but I recommend you get checked....I am certain it is a medical issue...and we have to find out what it is.
