I have exactly the same problem with my 5 year old daughter and it has been really concerning me. I had her at the doctors the other week and her chest and lungs were clear but the doctor said her throat was slightly more red than normal so it may just be some kind of infection....she has also had a bit of a temperature on and off over last couple of weeks but she is still running around fine and sleeps fine....no problems breathing in her sleep. I must admit I am really glad I found this site as I feel a lot better knowing that this seems quite a normal thing with children around 4 - 7 years old so maybe it is just a bit of a habit....thank you to everyone for their inputReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
