myasthenia gravis

i am a 28 girl suffering myasthenia gravis living in iran.now my treatment is Pyridostigmine Prednisone Azathioprine Thymectomy(2 times during 1 year because my thymus was actived again after 6 mounths ) Plasmapheresis High-dose intravenous immunoglobulin Daily rest periods. but my deasise is still active . is there newer treatment or medicine for me . i use mestinon now. is threre another medicine that effect longer time.

  • http://www.myasthenia.org/ here's a wonderfull site on myasthenia gravis.My doctors thought I had it for a while, even diagnosed me, but didn't do any tests, just said I did.Turns out I've got a host of smaller things wrong with me..:D(lots of different pain conditions) Good luck, and if there's any way I can help, let me know!
