Hi

my Daughter has been vomiting everything she eats for the last 7 months she has had every test that doctors can think of , she has been in and out of hospital she gets dehydrated and ends up back in hospital, We have simply tried everything she has missed so much school . When she eats with one hour she feels a little light headed and vomits does not matter what she eats or drinks, wakes up early hours of the morning and vomits never gets a good nights sleep . She became gluten intolerant 3 years ago while on a family holiday . She has also had pain in her stomach about a 6 on a 1-10 scale

as anyone else had this problem

  • Have they done a gastric emptying test, esophageal monometry, or pH impedance probe? Sounds like gastroparesis to me. Have they tried low dose erythromycin to see if it helps with motility issues? But off the top of my head, it could also be neurocardiogenic dysautonomia or Chiari I Malformation...The cause may not be in the GI tract to begin with.
