In 2004 i had my second child. At 36 wks. pregnant, i got diagnosed with 2 blood clots in my lungs. If i were to get pregnant now, i am extremely high risk. I am only 25 years old. I am looking to get pregnant possibly next year. Dr. said the older i get, the more i'm at risk. I was wondering if anyone ever had pulmonary emboli while pregnant, and then got pregnant after...? If so, how was the pregnancy as far as clotting went? I know i will have to be on blood thinners, but i am super freaked out! When Dr. diagnosed them, i thought i just had a bad cough, i had no symptoms of it. Any help would be appriciated!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
