Hello all, I have a question.

I am 270lbs, have Scheuermanns disease in my lower back, schmorl's nodes and Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome.

Obviously, a pregnancy would be very high risk, and I'm well aware of it. I take care of myself as much as I can with all of my condition, but I am curious about how my problems might affect birth/labor should I be pregnant.

Has anyone else had to deal anything like this? What are the best actions I can take to ensure everything goes as good as possible?

I ask because I might just be pregnant and I have a doctor appt soon.

Thanks much in advances :)
