Vitamin A overdose - Supplements

I have just realised I have been for two years taking a daily Vitamin A overdose from diet supplements through taking a daily Multi-Vitamin pill which includes the 100% daily requirement of Vitamin A and a daily Selenium ACE pill which also includes the 100% daily requirement of Vitamin A. In other words equivalent to a daily intake of double the required daily amount of Vitamin A.

What action should one take to correct this very significant overdose?

I have of course stopped immediately taking both Vitamin pills.

Regards, Eric.
