Hi, this is Mike R. I think I have an answer to the vibrating in the head problem. I have it in the lower left side of my head. I was recently in the hospital for 6 days and had no consumption of any caffeine. The vibrating stopped. Now that I have been home for a couple weeks I have been drinking a lot of soda with caffeine and the vibrating is back. Back when I was about 45 I was drinking huge amounts of diet pepsi and had the vibrating problem. When I stopped drinking all that soda for health reasons the vibrating went away after only a couple days. I recently experimented with caffeine free, sugar free, diet, and regular sodas and my conclusion is that through process of elimination caffeine is the culprit causing the head vibrating problem. Hope this helps.
