My brother has constant ringing in his ears. He has been told there is no cure or remedy for this. Surely, someone must know of something that might help him.

  • I, too, have had this problem for many yrs. I went to get my hearing checked and they said my hearing was fine & there was nothing they can do for the ringing. However, I found something called purple noise and brown noise on the internet and they can make a sound machine, much like white noise, with these different frequencies and I wonder why they can't make a hearing aid that puts these frequencies in it so you won't hear the ringing. The Ringtone is actually the frequency that you are missing, usually very high. Good luck researching.
