Let me start off by saying I am a hypochondriac so I get sick because someone else is sick. So Thursday night not too long after leaving work I was around someone who works in a daycare and has been around sick kids that has had the noroviruses (24hr stomach flu) and she was talking about it then not too shortly after discussing that matter I started to feel ill so I left. I went home and drunk some gingerale amd laid down. It wasn't a pleasant sleep not to mention I had to be back work in 6 hours. So when I woke up I ran to the bathroom and I had diarrhea and my stomach was hurting very bad so I called out from work. I became panicky and very shaky. I felt very nauseous but couldn't vomit only dry heaving. I been to the bathroom maybe 30times yesterday. I haven't ate anything but since I hate throwing up I was told by a friend that works in medicine to take emetrol to help with the nausea. I also have been sipping on gatorade and ginger ale throughout the day. Today is a new day and I haven't gotten any sleep throughout the day or night by me feeling so uncomfortable my stomach is still hurting and I have been going to the bathroom but it's mostly air that comes out. Can somebody please help me I don't know what to do. I have no insurance so I haven't been to a doctor. And I don't wanna eat and then throw up
