My specialist is still on the fence. I started having sx about a year ago. I am on Mestinon and just recently got off prednisone. It didn't help. and increase my WBC. I am very frustrated. I don't know what to do. My dr. is a neuro-muscular specialist at UT Southwest in Dallas. Extremely qualified. I have been seeing him since feb 2014. All kind of test. I have burred vision, double vision, swallowing issues, weakness upper and lower body, facial muscle weakness, I am an RN and I have been unable to work for several month. I can't stand or walk for long periods or distances. I also have some problems with the computer and seeing.

I know this is a hard DX to diagnosis. Are there other muscular dx with the same sx.
