hernia surgery 2 years ago symptoms now vomiting nausea gagging fatigue..why..solution?

No health insurance multiple tests run at emergency rooms no diagnosis hospital will not admit for observation and further testing they say see a gastroenterologist no $ for that can not find a pro-bono dr or a hospital with a charity program in Florida to diagnose and treat conditions. anyone have suggestions? Applied for medicade twice denied,,also SS disability also denied.Lawyer says appeal for SS may take 16-18 months..Applied for Obamacare waiting for reply.Who knows how and if that will work?Any info greatly appreciated.
