Ever since I was young i've always had this pain in my chest that comes at random times.
There's no kind of consistency or anything as to how often it occurs. However what happens is I go to take a breath and I feel a pain in my left chest which pretty much makes me have to cut my breath off. So what I have to do is just take very small shallow breaths and just wait for it to go away. However there have been times when I've just pushed through a deep breath and it's always as i feel a pressure like something has to pop in a way and if I can get through a deep breath then the pain just goes away and i'm fine. From what i remember reading is benign problem but I don't believe it's well known. I'm just trying to remember so I can read about it again for the peace of mind cause it causes anxiety when it comes around.
