Throbbing pains in forearms

Hello, first post on this site here. I am 20, fit and healthy (apart from the forearms lol)

I train in Judo and it seems to be affecting my forearms lately.

The pain is on the outside edge of the forearms. Mainly down towards the hands but I wouldn't say in the wrist really. The pain is an ache for a couple of hours after training.

When I lift something up there is a small pain, when I put the object down then I get a very painful throbbing in the both forearms, seems strange to me that most of the pain is when I release the weight. This seems to go on for a good few days after training, with the pain decreasing as time goes by.

Any help greatly appreciated,
