Stabbing left hip pain

did lot of bending, twisting, installing electronics yesterday, noticed sore back, woke this AM with severe stabbing pain in left hip region. Does not seem to be hip, can stand, but motion is very severe. kidney? hip joint?
acute muscle spasm or what? debating going to ER. can hardly walk. heating pad some help, or should I use ice?
advice please...

  • sounds like you could use a chiropractor...try to find one with a good reputation...ask a lot of people in your area who is good...
