Pain in pelvic region and lower back for 3 years

I've gone to a reg doctor, an OB and two GYN's. When I was preg. with my third child, or right before these symptoms started. Everytime I walk, stand, do chores or exercise(for ten minutes or longer) I get a bad pain in my pelvic region, mostly on my left side, and then my lower back aches like crazy. If I keep standing my abdomen gets swollen and it feels very hot inside. If I jog I will bleed a little.
The pain will begin to subside if I sit and rest for hours.
I recently gave birth to my fourth child and still I have the symptoms. So I've had ultrasounds when pregnant and they see nothing wrong. I'm not overweight and have always been pretty healthy.
Any suggestions?
I don't even know what direction to go with this.
