Hi everyone

My problem seems neurological and started about 10 months ago and since then i have had a constant very slight and dull pain on left side of my head. it is quite difficult to describe it. it feels kind of like a numbnessin my left side of head and it feels like its on the surface. it gets amplified when i get annoyed or angry or also when i try to remember things and i cant which makes me angry. I also have a habit of moving my jaw alot in different directions for no reason or sometimes i try to spell words by moving my jaw(stuoid). I understand my description of this problem is very obscure but i was wondering if anyone could help me with this. I have seen my GP but he didnt know what the problem was. I am a 24 year old male living in london. I get stressed very frequently. I also have other conditions such as acid reflux and chondromalacia patellae for which i am starting physiotherapy vwery soon.

Many Thanks

This leads to headaches of varying nature one of which is the one you describe.Lie down place your fingers halfway between the base of your skull and your shoulders Middle of the neck on the spine. Place pressure here, it will help to alleviate some of the pressure. It is fairly short term remedy but it should help.If this also not work then consult a chiropractor and please don't seem anything from your side.

I saw my GP a while back and he ahd no idea what was wrong with me. I will see my gp again and bring this to his attention.
