Over the past 6 months,my health has really deteriated. I have constant burning pain and pressure in my vagina and rectum, and cramping abdominal pain. I have had a ct of the abdomen and pelvis, blood work, colonoscopy(some polyps and diverticular, and also gp said my I had interstitial cystitus. I have now developed pain so bad in my tailbone, can only sit for short periods of time. I have an appt. With a urologist Aug. 10th,but my pain has been so unbearable,I asked my gp for pain meds,at least until I see the specialist. Haven taken hydrocodone, and it does nothing. He put me on a fentanyl patch. Every 3 days, and still in pain. Today, had light pink blood coming from the rectum, and passing, what appeared to be fleshy, looking blood tissue. Everyone that sees me,keeps asking me if I am sick,as apparently don't look so great. Pale, tired and so sick of feeling sick. Also, stressed out, cause may lose my job. Please don't tell me I am depressed. It is almost like what comes first, the egg or chicken? Chronic pain or depression? Thanks for any advice. God bless.p.s. Has anyone heard of pudendal nerve entrapment? Just a thought...
