  • Is the pain localised to the heel area? I suffered extreme pain on my left heel, the both heels which was living ***l. I was taking 1000mg Naproxen twice a day minimum. The first steps in the morning were excruciating but eased off after a little while. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, brought on by being overweight and walking around for several months with no shoes on whilst out of work. Orthotics and stretching helped as did walking. What really helped was wearing proper shoes!

  • Sounds like you have the same as me, i have Plantar Fasciitis which is not as bad as it sounds but is really painful. I now wear a compression sock to bed which seems to help and am waiting to see a podiatrist. Maybe you should ask your doctor for a referral.

  • You can go for hydro massage...at first..where you soak your legs in cold water and warm water simultaneously for 5 minutes..also you can keep pebbles or a ball and roll your feet over them.Try these remedies and see if you get relief.
