I started getting pain in the center of the lower abdomen a week ago. It's not easing up any if anything it's getting worse and more steady. It hurts when I sit (feels like someone's twisting my organs around), stand or walk (feels like they're going to fall out), laying down (just plain hurts no matter what position I lay in). I've tried wearing different kinds of pants but I hurt no matter. Sometimes I'll get real lightheaded when standing up right, it'll come right out of the blue. I get extremely nauseated but no vomiting yet, I have missed at least 2 months of my period until today.
I was hoping someone could help me out and please tell me what this may be. I did not have any trauma to the abdomen. I don't have much of an appetite sometimes, I just want to start feeling better. I am trying to hold off on going to the er, thought maybe I could just wait it out. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
