Hi All- I am 32 years old
I am having an issue where I was working out for a long period of time doing core workouts. I started feeling pain in my lower back so I stopped for a while. Then as time went on I figured I was healed
Before that pain was in my hamstring where it was affecting the back of my knee.
Then I started experiencing pain in the back of my hamstring and the front of my knee.
I have been to a Chiropractor and have had my back cracked and X-Rays done. He said he was worried that my Pelvic bone was going into my hip. The pain is still there and at days so intense it is hard to walk. This pain has been persistent for 2 months straight.
Any advice or information would be great.
