Frequent pains

I've been having these pains for about 6 months, they've been consistently the same every day since.
-Really bad back pain on my left side...There's also a muscle bulge here.
-Occasionally bad abdominal pain in the exact same spot as my back, on the left.
-Frequent pain around my pelvic area.
-When I do squats(weights) after ten reps, I'll get this really bad pulsing pain around my anus/pelvic area.
-When I ejaculate I get the exact same pain as when I squat except its about 2x worse.
-When I wake up in the morning the pain is literally gone, but after 5 minutes of being up it all comes back.
-My urine stream has been really weak for the last 3 months.
-I've been peeing about 2x more in the last 3 months than I ever have.
-I haven't drank alcohol in about 5 days, but the first day after I drink the pain was about 3x worse in my back/abdomen.
-When I smoke weed(I haven't in about 4 months) All I can do is just sit down and constantly think about the pain, which makes it 5x worse.

Additional- I'm a male and 17 years old. I eat very healthy, except the occasional drink and fast food.

I've had two ultrasounds they haven't found anything and I've had a urine test which didn't find anything.

Anyone have any ideas on what this is?
