Pain early in the morning on my right side middle part that radiates to the back within the 2 inches from the side. When I get up and start moving around the pain subsides. I go to bed with very small amout of pain. I wake up and there will be pain on my ride side that makes it hard to move. I tried (my husband too) pressing to locate the exact area of pain but there is no tenderness when I press. I feel it inside like a hardening mass. I am almost sure it is not muscle pain since I feel it from the inside. I also noticed being gassy, more belching and flatulence than normal.
No it s not my bladder since it has been taken out 4 years ago. I do have high blood pressure and started this pain 3 days after I started taking th BP medicine. The pain in the morning was mild at first and everyday getting unbearable.
I take METHYLDOPA 250 mg twice a day which I cut to once a day thinking it is whats causing my right side pain.
I decided early this morning when I woke up with this pain (again) that I will research it and see if it can even give me an idea what it is.

It will be interesting to find someone who will say "YES I HAD THE SAME SYMPTOM AND FOUND A DOCTOR WHO DIAGNOSED ME WITH xxxx"
As many I found with the same symptom - I didn't find one who has an answer. So if you are out there. we will appreciate it tremendously any post regarding diagnosis on this. I read some who has been suffering for 12 years with this. Doctors does all the test and still doing test. I just don't like going to the doctor knowing I will be one of those waiting for test after test after test and still go through the pain every morning with no answer.
