I have been experiencing a dull pain in my inner thigh and groin area, mostly when sitting. I have had this type of pain before but it was gone away. It has been around for about three weeks this time. The pain either completely or almost completely goes away when I am standing. I haven't injuried myself in anyway recently, or changed my workout routine. I also don't have any other symptoms along with the thigh pain.
