Back pains?

Hello, I've been suffering for some months with back pain.

It only seems to occur when I wake up early in the morning. As in it wakes me up, not that I wake up naturally. I thought it might be my bed for a while, but I've slept round people's houses and it occur there too.

It's really quite odd. I get upper AND lower back pain. Paracetamol does not work whatsoever on it, neither does ibuprofen. I use a heated up lavender bag on it, and while it soothes it a little, it does not make it go away. Baths don't either.

The only way I can get rid of it is by tricking myself into sleeping (and then I usually wake up and it's gone, though I often feel a sort of "ache" where it was), or by getting up and walking around for half an hour.

I've been wondering if maybe I'm lactose intolerant because I do have a sweet tooth for ice cream, and if I eat that the evening before I often find that the back pains do appear. Same with milk.

The pain feels very much like someone is holding a metal bar tightly against my back. It feels pressured and constant.

Any help would be appreciated! If you want to ask any questions, ask away. :3

Lower back injuries often develop gradually in the absence of a specific incident and often present as pain with rest (particularly first thing in the morning, regardless of sleeping position). This may occur due to accumulation of inflammatory chemicals during the night when blood flow reduces (as blood flow normally clears these chemicals away through the day). I would recommend seeing a physiotherapist for an assessment to determine if this is likely and for appropriate treatment. One of the more common conditions that may present in this fashion is a lumbar disc bulge. Hope that helps and good luck, PhysioAdvisor

  • Have you tried to use phoneconsultation.com ? My cousin used this for her pain meds. She found this great and she found out that this site used to deliver pain meds within 3 days. And noticed that they are serving several states than they used to.

So off I went lobbers and steps in hand, got up the steps and cut off some of the branches then some higher ones a bit of a lean when the steps slipped and down I fell on the base of my spine from 6 steps up so you can imagine the pain, I was alone and the angry red ants were going to get me so I just had to get away with a quick effort best way I could I crawled back to the house, taking a load of Paracetamols but they had little effect so a couple of days later decided to go to the local Pharmacy and get her advice. She recommended I took Tramadol 50mg capsules so I bought 100 and they gave me fantastic relief from all my back and sciatica pain. I still take them to this day the only side effect they have on me is if I take them late in the evening cause insomnia. Tramadol 50mg caps are an over the counter drug here in Thailand and are quite cheap. sirwilly100@gmail.com
