  • Hi, I don't know how long the pain you had in your chest lasted ... but began with the accident in January, correct? Now, you have pain in your upper-back ... when did that begin, just recently? Was there absence of pain between the time the chest pain ended and the upper-back pain began? A window of time that, perhaps, you believed you were fully healed from the accident until the upper-back pain began? If so, how long?

  • If your pain does not go away in about a month you should see your family doc and get some X-rays done. If your pain does get worse and is associated with difficulty in breathing you should see him right away. _________

  • first you need to get some tests done and then only the other things can be looked at. I came across a free report on the net and I really liked it and would like to share with you. http://RelieveMyBackPain.com
