 Frustrated with this pain. It happens when I unexpectingly move it a certain way, stretch it, or twist it when I reach for something. The pain is very hurtfull that I could scream. I have to rub it to get the pain to go away. It's like I'm pulling a muscle or tendent or something. All I know it hurts like the dickens. I'm waiting to get an ultra sound which takes forever, cause the ex-ray showed nothing. Has anyone else had this problem and if so can you give me any details on the matter and what can be done.
