Today at practice we were doing jumps and the floor was tile and every time I would land a jump I would get this horrible pain in my ankle and foot. I figured it would go away but it's only gotten worse. My foot is tingling off and on. There is a stabbing pain in my ankle and foot and sometimes it shoots up tomy knee. The pain in my ankle is in the front and right side. The pain in my foot is where my toes connect to my foot and down the right side on the top. When it shoots to my knee it's below the kneecap. On a scale of 1-10 the pain in my foot and ankle is an 8. What could I have done?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
